HOW TO USE:
Pour 1-2 cups of Epsom Salt into a freshly run bath. Allow a few minutes for salt to dissolve. Enjoy a 15 - 20 minute relaxing bath/soak self-care experience. Recommended use: 1-2 times a week. Drink water after any salt bath.
CAUTION AND HAZARD:
Use only as directed. Consult your Doctor before use if pregnant, have kidney disease, have a magnesium-restricted diet, abdominal pain or nausea.
