Where is my order?
We try our utmost best to ship everything out within a day or 2 during our weekday hours. All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy or PUDO, and delivered within 2-3 days. Once the order has left our studio, you will receive tracking information via email to see where your package is every step of the way! How much will Courier/Shipping be?

If your order does not qualify for free shipping, the charges will vary depending on the weight and size of items ordered. The website will show you the pricing for shipping at checkout. You may also choose to collect your order from us in 72 Waverley Road, Bloemfontein.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Please choose collection at checkout. Once your order is ready, we will notify you via Shopify Email.
Collections are during Shopping Hours, Monday - Friday (08:30 - 16:00), unless otherwise arranged.
How long will it take to send my order?
If we have all the products you ordered in stock, we usually send out your order within 1-3 business day after your payment reflects in our account.
If we are very busy, it might take up to 4 days for us to dispatch your order.
How long will my parcel take to reach me?
Once your parcel has been dropped off at Courier Guy:
- to main areas takes 1 - 3 working days
- to outlying areas can take up to 5 working days.
Will you notify me when my order has been sent?
Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

How do I pay for my order?
We accept the following methods of payment:
Payfast – we use the PayFast gateway to process payments by debit/credit card
YOCO – we use the YOCO gateway to process payments by debit/credit card
EFT – you will find our banking details on your invoice, please use your order number as reference number
Payflex - Register with Payflex and pay in 3 interest FREE installments

Yes, if you created an account when you placed your order you will be able to see your order history in your account page.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all of your JUSTBLiSS products. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30-days of your purchase and we will be happy to facilitate the process of returns and refunds.
Do you have samples available?
We do have a couple of products where we have samples. If you are looking for something specific, please reach out to us at email@example.com. We do give samples with every order made on our website.
Will I have an odour or sweat with the deodorant?
Our natural deodorant has proven to be very beneficial for those struggling with odour and trying to find a natural deodorant. Our deodorants are not antiperspirant, so they will not stop you from sweating, but they will stop the stink. Switching to natural deodorants may cause a rash or irritation while your body eliminates the bacteria held inside by antiperspirants, as noted on our popular “Switching to Natural Deodorant” page. Typically, these reactions subside and are followed by smooth, clear armpits. If reactions continue to occur, a baking soda free deodorant may be a better option for sensitive skin. I will attach a couple links for you that go into more detail about our deodorants and the process of switching to them. What products do you recommend for eczema?
While this is one of the most common questions we receive, we want to first say that we do not — and cannot — make any medical claims, give medical advice, or suggest that our products cure or “heal” eczema. Eczema is a complicated skin issue and there can be many causes so we recognize switching to all-natural products isn't always going to do the trick. However, many of our customers have found our all-natural skincare products to be more soothing than alternative skincare products.
With that said, we encourage you to check out our Pure Calendula, Coconut Milk & Oatmeal & O Camel Milk & Oatmeal soaps as these bars doesn't contain any essential oils/fragrances and are very gentle on delicate skin types.
Adding a few handfuls of our milk bath to a tub of warm water and then soaking for 10-15 minutes is another great idea to consider so that your skin can really absorb the nutrients. After cleansing, we always recommend applying the Pure Rooibos Tea Body Butter to seal in moisture and keep the skin moisturized all day long. And for those really irritated, dry or raw spots, try an application of our Soothing Salve. The calendula and chamomile extracts in the salve are known for their calming and healing properties. Together, they help combat against redness and relax irritated skin. The non-GMO coconut oil is full of vitamin E and antioxidants which helps moisturize and soothe all types of skin and contributes to the smooth and creamy texture you’ll find in our salves. It gently softens and moisturizes even the most delicate, irritated skin without any stinging or burning sensation. Do your products help with other conditions like psoriasis, dermatitis, keratosis pilaris and rosacea, too?
While we do not and cannot make any medical claims, give medical advice, or suggest that our products cure skin conditions, we have heard from many of our customers with various skin conditions that they have gotten results from using our products. Each condition is unique and there can be many explanations as to what causes skin irritation, so we recognize that our suggestions won’t work for everyone. However, many people with psoriasis, dermatitis, keratosis pilaris, rosacea and other conditions have found powerful relief with the use of our products. You might want to check out any of the products we have listed on our Best for Sensitive Skin Collection page as many of these products are free of essential oils and are great options for people who have fragile skin!
Best soaps are best for acne-prone skin?
Everyone's skin is different, so we certainly don’t make any claims about our products ability to clear up acne or cure any other skin sensitivities. That said, our bars of goat milk soap can certainly be used as an all-natural replacement for your regular face wash! We recommend starting with the Tea Tree or English Garden Goat Milk Soap as they have particular astringent properties known to help prevent microbial growth and effectively reduce breakouts. Are your products cruelty free?
We do not use any animal fats, only plant based oils.
Are your products gluten free?
Yes, nearly all of our products are gluten free. If you are extremely sensitive to having gluten on your skin, you may want to avoid our products that contain Colloidal Oatmeal, as there could potentially be some traces of gluten from the oats. Otherwise, there is no gluten in our products. We list ALL ingredients included in the product on the individual product pages and encourage our customers to view the list of ingredients before use.
How do I earn points with your rewards program?
With our Bliss Perks Loyalty Program, there are multiple ways you can earn points and redeem them. Just by signing up for a JUSTBLiSS Soap account, you earn 150 points!
