JUSTBLiSS began in a winter in Bloemfontein — a season where I felt completely lost. My garden was withering, and so was I. But as I watched the plants fade, I realised something: when we stop caring — for ourselves or for nature — everything around us begins to fade too.

The First Step Back

I didn’t set out with a business plan. I started with a simple bar of soap — made with real, natural ingredients, not chemicals or fillers. And in the middle of Bloemfontein’s dry air, something shifted: my skin felt nourished for the first time in ages. Not tight. Not flaky. Just… right.

That bar led to the Rooibos Tea Body Butter, which melted into my skin and fed it like nothing else ever had. That’s when I realised: this was real food for the skin.

Discovering Hemp Seed Oil

We choose real food to nourish our bodies — vegetables, herbs, plants grown by nature. So why not feed our skin, hair, and homes with the same care? That’s when I discovered the nourishing power of hemp seed oil, which has since become the heart of JUSTBLiSS. Chosen for its ability to soothe, heal, and restore balance, hemp seed oil remains our signature ingredient.

From One Bar to a Lifestyle

What began as a single bar of soap has grown into a one-stop shop to live naturally. Today, JUSTBLiSS creates handmade, plant-based solutions for real life — from solid shampoo bars and magnesium balms to nourishing body butters, teas, pamper candles, and gentle home care.
