We charge a Flat Rate of R110 for shipping, and aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 2-3 working days after the receipt of payment. Orders, where payment is received after 12:00 pm on a Friday, will be processed on the following Monday.
You can expect to receive your order within 2-4 business days, no matter where in SA you are! Delivery areas to rural, outlying, high risk or farms may incur an additional surcharge for your account, which we will communicate with you once our courier partner informs us. Alternatively we will provide you with the closest collection point to your address, for no additional charge.

Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt)
1. Fill the tub: Start to fill a standard-sized bathtub with warm water.
2. Add Epsom salt: Pour 2 cups of Epsom salt into the running water. This helps the salt dissolve quickly and mix into the bath.
3. Dissolve: Stir the water gently if needed to ensure all the salt has dissolved.
4. Soak: Get into the warm bath and soak your body for at least 15 to 30 minutes.
5. Rinse: After your soak, rinse your body with warm water.
6. Moisturize: For added comfort, you can moisturize your skin afterward.
Tips and Considerations
1. Water temperature: The water should be warm, not scalding, with an ideal range of 33°C to 38°C.
2. Optional additions: You can add a few drops of essential oils, such as lavender or peppermint, for added benefits like relaxation.
3. Avoid for jetted tubs: Do not use Epsom salt in hot tubs or other jetted tubs unless the manufacturer specifically says it is okay.
4. Stay hydrated: Drink a glass of water during and after the bath to prevent dehydration.
