Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda), Citric Acid, Zea Mays Starch (Cornstarch), Buttermilk Powder, Kaolin (White Clay), Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate (SLSa), Parfum (Fragrance or Essential Oils), Theobroma Cacao Seed Butter (Cocoa Butter), Polysorbate 80, Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil (Hemp Seed Oil), Potassium Bitartrate (Cream of Tartar), Mica, Cocamidopropyl Betaine.

1. Fill the tub with water. Fill the tub with warm—not too hot—water, as very hot water can strip your skin of its natural oils. Leave enough room for the water to rise once you get in.
2. Unwrap the bath bomb. Remove all packaging from the bath bomb before use. If your bath bomb contains flower petals or glitter, you can place it inside a nylon stocking or small cloth bag to make clean-up easier.
3. Drop in the bath bomb. Once the tub is full, drop the bath bomb into the water. As it dissolves, it will fizz and bubble, releasing its moisturizing butters, essential oils, and vibrant colours.
4. Soak and relax. Get into the tub and enjoy the bath as the bath bomb works its magic. You can soak for 15 to 20 minutes to absorb the moisturizing benefits.
5. Moisturize. For lasting hydration, apply a moisturizing lotion or body butter to your skin while it is still damp.

Tips for a better experience:
1. Set the mood. Enhance your relaxation by dimming the lights, lighting a few candles, or playing some calm music.
2. Customize your bath. For extra moisture, add a few drops of your favourite bath oil. 3. 3. For extra bubbles, hold a bubble bar under the running faucet while the tub fills.
4. Create a spa. Consider adding other elements to your bath time, such as a face mask, a book, or a drink.

Using a bath bomb without a tub: If you don't have a bathtub, you can still enjoy a bath bomb in other ways:
1. As a foot soak: Fill a basin with warm water and drop in a bath bomb for a relaxing foot soak.
2. In the shower: Place a bath bomb on the shower floor, away from the direct stream of water. As the water and steam activate it, it will release its aroma.
3. As an air freshener: Displaying an unwrapped bath bomb in a dish in your bathroom is an easy way to enjoy its fragrance.
