Aromatherapy:

HOW TO USE:

Massages, Body care & Beauty:

Massage: use 6 to 15 drops essential oil into 10 ml carrier oil, butter 

Body care: use 2 to 6 drops essential oil for 10 ml carrier, butter, cream or base

Hair care (oily hair: uses 2 to 6 drops essential oil for 10 ml carrier, butter, or base 

Bath:  First mix 10 to 15 drops of essential oil with 20 ml vegetable glycerine or 1 cup of Epsom salts

Diffusion:

Diffusers for air purification, use 10 drops for 100 ml, 20 ml,  3 times a day

Spray Add 5 drops of essential oil for 10 ml of vegetable glycerine and add 30 ml water or hydrosol.

CAUTION:

This essential oil may contain phototoxic properties and it is suggested to avoid exposure to the sun after application to the skin. Dilute well before use; for external use only. May cause skin irritation in some individuals; a skin test is recommended prior to use. Contact with eyes should be avoided. 

Remember: For all skin, hair or body contact uses, Essential Oils must be diluted in a suitable carrier support (carrier oil, cream, lotion, vegetable glycerine, conditioner, liquid soap or shower gel) before application.

Do not use during the first 3 months of pregnancy / breastfeeding. Not recommended for direct use on children less than 5 years of age
