We charge a Flat Rate of R110 for shipping, and aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 2-3 working days after the receipt of payment. Orders, where payment is received after 12:00 pm on a Friday, will be processed on the following Monday.
You can expect to receive your order within 2-4 business days, no matter where in SA you are! Delivery areas to rural, outlying, high risk or farms may incur an additional surcharge for your account, which we will communicate with you once our courier partner informs us. Alternatively we will provide you with the closest collection point to your address, for no additional charge.

1. Dispense the Powder: Pour a small amount of the powder cleanser into the palm of your hand. The amount will vary by product, but it's often about half a teaspoon or a pear-sized amount.
2. Add Water: Drip a few drops of water onto the powder in your hand.
3. Create the Foam: Rub your hands together to mix the powder and water, working them into a rich, creamy, and foamy lather.
4. Cleanse Your Face: Spread the foam over your damp skin, massaging it in gentle, circular motions from your chin up to your forehead.
5. Rinse: Thoroughly rinse the foam off with warm water.
6. Pat Dry: Gently pat your face dry with a soft towel.
7. Follow with Skincare: Continue with your normal toner, serum, and moisturizer routine.
Tips for Use:
1. Adjust Water Amount: The more water you add, the more suds and foam you will create.
2. Avoid the Eye Area: Be careful to avoid getting the cleanser in your eyes, as it is meant for the face.
