1. Start with clean hands. Wash your hands and ensure your nails are dry before application.
2. Apply a small amount of balm. Use a pea-sized amount for your nails, or rub a clean finger over the balm to pick up a small dab.
3. Massage into the cuticles and nails. Work the balm into the skin at the base of your nails and over the entire nail bed. The massaging motion helps promote blood circulation, which supports healthy nail growth.
4. Allow it to absorb. Give the balm a few minutes to soak in. A thick balm creates a protective barrier that seals in moisture. There is no need to rinse it off.
5. Use it consistently. For general maintenance, apply the balm at least once or twice daily. If your cuticles are especially dry or damaged, apply it more frequently.

Tips for best results
1. Nighttime treatment: For an intensive treatment, apply a generous amount of balm before bed and wear cotton gloves to let it absorb overnight.
2. Prevent dryness: Use the balm throughout the day, especially after washing your hands or using hand sanitizer, to replace lost moisture.
3. Post-manicure care: Apply cuticle balm after your nail polish has dried completely. The nourishing ingredients will help hydrate the nails and the surrounding skin.
4. Gentle pushing: If you push your cuticles back, do so gently after applying the balm. Pushing back soft, moisturized cuticles is easier and prevents damage.
5. Address hangnails: The balm helps soften the skin around your nails, which reduces the occurrence of painful hangnails.
