Using Oil in the Bath
1. Add to Running Water: Pour one to two capfuls of oil into the warm, running bathwater to help distribute the oil more evenly.
2. Relax: Step into the warm water and enjoy the aromatic benefits, taking deep breaths to relax and take in the essential oils.
3. Apply to Skin: You can also rub some bath oil into your skin while in the bath.

Using Oil on Your Body
1. Apply to Damp Skin: After showering or bathing, while your skin is still damp, apply a small amount of body oil.
2. Warm the Oil: Place a capful of oil into your palms and gently rub your hands together to warm it.
3. Massage In: Gently massage the warm oil into your skin, focusing on dry areas like elbows and knees, starting from the legs and working your way up.
4. Allow to Absorb: Let the oil absorb fully into your skin before getting dressed.

Other Uses
1. With Lotion: Add a few drops of body oil to your favourite body lotion for an extra layer of moisture.
2. As a Fragrance Base: Apply a few drops to your pulse points to help your perfume last longer.
3. For Aromatherapy: If using an aromatherapy oil, cup your hands over your face after applying it, and take a deep breath to inhale the benefits.

  • We use PUDO, a division of Courier Guy, for all deliveries outside Bloemfontein.
  • We will ship to your DOOR, however, if Courier Guy/PUDO say they "cannot deliver to that address", we will contact you for your nearest Courier Guy Kiosk or Locker.
