Aqua (Water), Butyrospermum Parkii Butter (Shea Butter), Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil (Hemp Seed Oil), Cetearyl Alcohol and Polysorbate 60 (Emulsifying Wax), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice (Aloe Vera Juice), Theobroma Cacao Seed Butter (Cocoa Butter), Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil (Jojoba Oil), Cetyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Parfum (Fragrance or Essential Oils), Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin (Euxyl PE 9010), Dimethicone, Cyclopentasiloxane (Cyclomethicone), Xanthan Gum.
Wash & dry: Clean feet with warm water and mild soap. Pat completely dry (especially between toes).
(Optional) Smooth first: Exfoliate rough spots with a foot file/pumice or a gentle scrub to help the balm absorb better. Rinse and dry again.
Warm a pea-size amount: Scoop a small amount (pea to marble size per foot). Warm between fingertips until silky.
Massage in: Apply to heels, balls of feet, and any dry areas. Use circular motions for 30–60 seconds per area to boost absorption and circulation.
Finish the toes & edges: Glide a thin layer over toes and along the sides of the feet; avoid applying thick layers between toes.
Let it settle: Wait 1–2 minutes for the dimethicone/cyclomethicone finish to turn soft and non-greasy.
(Optional) Overnight treatment: For very dry, cracked heels: apply a thicker layer, then wear cotton socks overnight.
Repeat: Use daily for maintenance, or morning + night for very dry feet until comfortable.
Tips & care: Patch test if skin is sensitive. Avoid broken skin.
For freshness, pair with a quick foot wash after workouts, then reapply a thin layer.
