Tea Tree & Mint Facial Scrub – Natural Exfoliant for Acne-Prone Skin

Aqua, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate,
Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Hemp Seed Oil, Glycerine, Stearic Acid, Jojoba
Beads, Pumice Powder, Euxyl, Tea Tree, Peppermint, Spearmint & Lemon Essential Oils.

1. Start with a clean face. Wash your face with a gentle cleanser to remove makeup, dirt, and excess oil. Use lukewarm water, as hot water can dry out or damage your skin.
2. Apply a small amount of scrub. Squeeze a pea- or almond-sized amount of the scrub into your palm. A little goes a long way, and using too much can be harsh on your skin.
3. Gently massage the scrub. Using your fingertips, apply the scrub to your damp face and neck. Massage it in small, gentle circular motions for about 30 seconds, concentrating on areas like the forehead, nose, and chin (the T-zone), where pores can get most clogged.
4. Avoid the delicate eye area. The skin around your eyes is thin and sensitive, so be careful to avoid applying the scrub there.
5. Rinse with water. Splash your face with lukewarm water to rinse off the scrub completely.
6. Pat your skin dry. Gently pat your face dry with a soft, clean towel. Do not rub, as this can cause irritation.
7. Follow with a moisturizer. Apply a hydrating moisturizer to lock in moisture and soothe your skin after exfoliation. This is a crucial step to prevent dryness.

How often to use:
1. The frequency of use depends on your skin type and the product's instructions, but generally, you should not exfoliate every day. Over-exfoliating can strip your skin of its natural oils, leading to irritation.
2. Most skin types: 1 to 2 times per week.
3. Oily or acne-prone skin: You may be able to increase the frequency to 2 or 3 times per week, but be cautious and monitor how your skin responds.

Important considerations:
1. Do a patch test. If it's your first time using the scrub, apply a small amount to your inner arm to check for any allergic reactions.
2. Be gentle. The physical exfoliation from the scrub particles can cause micro-tears if you scrub too hard. Use a light, soft touch.
3. Do not use on active breakouts. Avoid scrubbing areas with active acne, eczema, or other broken skin, as this can cause further irritation.
4. Protect your skin from the sun. Your skin is more vulnerable to sun damage after exfoliation. Always wear sunscreen with at least SPF 30 when going outdoors during the day.
