Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C).
1. Choose a product to mix with: Select an aqueous-based serum, moisturizer, or even a toner. Avoid mixing with products containing retinol, AHAs, BHAs, salicylic acid, or niacinamide, as this can cause irritation.
2. Measure the powder: Scoop a tiny amount of Vitamin C powder using the back of a spoon or a clean spatula. A good starting ratio is less than 1:4 (Vitamin C to product).
3. Mix well: Blend the powder with your chosen serum or moisturizer in the palm of your hand until it is fully dissolved and well mixed.
4. Apply to skin: Gently apply the mixture to your face.
5. Use sunscreen: Follow up with a broad-spectrum sunscreen, especially if you are applying the Vitamin C in the morning.

1. Start slow: It is crucial to begin with a very low concentration to prevent tingling or irritation.
2. Patch test: Always perform a patch test on a small area of your skin before applying to your entire face.
3. Avoid eye contact: Keep the powder and mixture away from your eyes and the delicate eye contour area.
4. Listen to your skin: A mild tingling sensation is normal, but if it becomes too strong or irritation occurs, rinse off the product, discontinue use, and consult a physician.
