Hemp seed oil has a near-perfect ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids (approximately 3:1), which mirrors the ratio found naturally in healthy human skin. This makes it uniquely compatible with the skin’s own lipid barrier — it absorbs readily without clogging pores, and it replenishes what dry air, sun, and daily life strip away.
