  • 1 ½ cups vegan dark chocolate 
  • ⅔ cup canned full-fat coconut milk (whisk to combine the cream and liquid) 
  • 1 tbsp Hemp protein 
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract 
  • ¼ cup cacao powder for dusting


  1. Grate the chocolate into a bowl.

  2. Gently heat coconut milk to a simmer, then pour evenly over the chocolate. Cover and let sit for 5 min.

  3. Stir until you have a creamy, smooth mixture.

  4. Stir in vanilla and hemp protein.

  5. Chill in the fridge for 1-3 hours until set.

  6. Scoop and roll into balls, then dust with cacao powder.
